An ex-architect turned business owner and business coach, based in New Zealand.

And perhaps unsurprisingly, I still think like a designer.

I believe your business should be intentionally designed around what you want it to give you, not built according to somebody else's definition of success.

After becoming a mum, and then experiencing a rare type of heart attack two years into running my business, that became far more than just a philosophy for me.

Today, I help coaches, consultants and creative service providers build profitable, spacious businesses that support the lives they want to live.

That means looking beyond revenue alone and thinking about the whole business: your offers, marketing, clients, time, energy and the way it all fits together.

Because I don't believe growth should automatically mean more clients, more hours and more on your plate.

Sometimes the biggest opportunities come from stepping back, getting clear on what you're actually building towards and redesigning what you already have to get you there.
