And when I’m not helping women launch their dream coaching businesses, you’ll find me with my family on the beach, under a blanket with a good book or out walking with a podcast!
But I wasn’t always my own boss - choosing my hours, working from a cafe, scheduling calls around drop offs.
I used to be chained to a desk (in a basement office), hoping my annual leave would be approved, only enjoying 5% of the work I was doing and knowing my potential and income was capped.
I knew there was more to life!
So, I did what any sane person would do and quit.
The Journey Here
In 2019, I launched my first business as a brand concept and design consultant.
And wow, was it a journey…
Suddenly, I had to learn how to market, sell, and deliver my services, while also navigating the huge mindset shifts that come with going from employee to entrepreneur.
I built that business up, replaced my salary, and loved most of the work I was doing…
But I was also burnt out - juggling motherhood, client projects, and constant stress.
After a serious health scare, I realised things had to change.
I didn’t just want a business that worked.
I wanted one that worked for my life.
So I re-engineered everything:
shifted my strategy,
simplified my systems,
rewired my mindset.
And that’s when everything started to click.

I realised so many female entrepreneurs were going through the same thing.
Not because they weren’t capable.
