We start with a Business Strategy Deep Dive.
Where together, we’ll:
Get clear on what you actually want from your business (not what you think you should want)
Identify the gaps keeping you from your next stage
Pinpoint your biggest opportunities for growth and ease
Turn your priorities into a focused 90-day plan
Before we meet, I’ll review your business in depth. Then we’ll spend 90 minutes on a call working through your strategy together.
Afterwards you’ll receive a detailed, personalised roadmap for the next 90 days.
Investment: NZ$400 including GST
Time cost to you: 90 minutes for the session, plus 30-minutes to fill out the pre questionnaire. That's it.
The Deep Dive stands on its own. Even if we don’t go on to work together inside the accelerator, you'll walk away with real clarity on your next 90 days — the pricing decision made, the offer simplified, the priority named.
Step two:
Putting the strategy into action
After your Deep Dive, we’ll decide whether ongoing coaching inside The Spacious Business Accelerator is the right next step.
If it's a fit, over the next three months, we’ll put your roadmap into action, review your progress and results and make the next layer of strategic decisions together as we go.
Investment: NZ$750/m including GST
Initial commitment: Three months
Time cost to you: Roughly 2.5 hours a month of calls, plus asynchronous check-ins you can do in the gaps of your day — not another thing competing for your calendar.

→ Two 60-minute 1:1 strategy coaching calls every month
Dedicated space to solve problems, review results, shape ideas and make decisions. You'll leave each call with the confidence to take action, knowing what deserves your attention next, without an overwhelming list of new tasks.
→ Weekly asynchronous check-ins
Share progress, ask questions, get support between calls. Regular accountability that keeps the important work moving even when the week didn't go to plan, designed to take minutes, not hours.
→ A monthly asynchronous asset review
Submit one important asset each month: a sales page, offer outline, content plan, email, proposal. You'll get clear, strategic feedback on what to add, remove, clarify or change.
→ Personalised resources
When extra guidance would help, I'll create or recommend a specific training, walkthrough or framework. No big library full of videos you'll feel overwhelmed navigating or guilty about not watching, just what's useful, when it's useful.

What if I do the Deep Dive and decide not to continue?
That's completely fine. The Deep Dive is designed to stand on its own, or as the best first step towards ongoing coaching. You get the personalised roadmap either way.
What if I don't have time?
That's exactly why things need to change. If your calendar genuinely has zero room for 2.5 hours a month, that's worth naming honestly, it's one of the things we need to fix first.
This is designed to fit inside a full week, not add to it: two calls a month and check-ins you can do between clients. Plus, the time you'd usually put towards working on your business is now focused and designed to drive real results, including creating more space in your week.
What if the investment feels too big right now?
I understand. This isn't an insignificant investment, which is one reason we begin with the Deep Dive rather than asking you to commit to three months upfront.
You'll get a valuable strategy and personalised 90-day roadmap from that session alone. If we both feel ongoing support would help you implement it, make the changes we've identified and get more from your business, we can talk about the Accelerator from there. There's no pressure to continue.
