Step one:
We’ll create your strategy
We start with a Business Strategy Deep Dive.
Where together, we’ll:
Get clear on what you actually want from your business (not what you think you should want)
Identify the gaps keeping you from your next stage
Pinpoint your biggest opportunities for growth and ease
Turn your priorities into a focused 90-day plan
Before we meet, I’ll review your business in depth. Then we’ll spend 90 minutes on a call working through your strategy together.
Afterwards you’ll receive a detailed, personalised roadmap for the next 90 days.
Included in your Accelerator package (normally NZ$400 incl. GST).
Time cost to you: 90 minutes for the session, plus 30-minutes to fill out the pre questionnaire. That's it.
Step two:
Putting the strategy into action
Over 13 active coaching weeks, we'll put your roadmap into action, review your progress and results, and make the next layer of strategic decisions together as we go.
Investment: NZ$750/month including GST

Time cost to you: Roughly 2.5 hours a month of calls, plus asynchronous check-ins you can do in the gaps of your day — not another thing competing for your calendar.

We'll use your personalised 90-day roadmap as our starting point, reviewing what's working, adapting where needed and making the next layer of decisions together.
→ Six 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions
Dedicated space to solve problems, review results, shape ideas and make decisions. You'll leave each call with the confidence to take action, knowing what deserves your attention next, without an overwhelming list of new tasks.
→ Weekly asynchronous Voxer check-ins
I’ll check-in with you once each week. You can share progress, ask questions, get support between calls. Regular accountability that keeps the important work moving even when the week didn't go to plan, designed to take minutes, not hours.
→ Three asynchronous asset reviews
Submit one important asset each month: a sales page, offer outline, content plan, email, proposal. You'll get clear, strategic feedback on what to add, remove, clarify or change.
→ Personalised resources and client dashboard.
When extra guidance would help, I'll create or recommend a specific training, walkthrough or framework. No big library full of videos you'll feel overwhelmed navigating or guilty about not watching, just what's useful, when it's useful.

We'll begin with a 90-minute session to get clear on your goals, identify your biggest opportunities and create your personalised 90-day roadmap.
Then we'll work together to put that strategy into action, with ongoing coaching, accountability and support.
What if I don't have time?
That's exactly why things need to change!
The Accelerator is designed to fit inside a full week, not add another overwhelming commitment to your calendar.
You'll have six 60-minute coaching sessions spread across 13 active weeks, plus weekly check-ins you can complete in just a few minutes.
And the time you'd usually spend trying to work ON your business will now be focused on the things that can make the biggest difference, including creating more space in your week.
What happens over Christmas and the summer holidays?
We'll take a planned break from coaching between 21 December 2026 and 17 January 2027, with coaching resuming from Monday 18 January.
Your 13 weeks of active coaching will pause during this period, so you won't miss out on any of your sessions or support.
If you have other holidays or commitments planned, we can discuss a schedule that works for both of us.
Your three monthly payments will continue as scheduled.
